I don't mind fire/fighting. It gives it an advantage over dark and rock types that aren't speed EV trained.

This is also true, but I'm partial to Fire/Fight types. Maybe it'll be another type that helps fire against soem of its weaknesses? Doubt it, but wishful thinkin I guess.

I wouldn't mind Fire/Prychic or even Fire/Lightning. I just don't want another Fire/Fighting.

Those do seem like dual-types that would be interesting for a Fire starter. Now we just need to wait for the game to be released to find out.
